Lake Arthur Town, Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Lake Arthur Town is home to 3007 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2879, making it Louisiana's 151st largest. The town comprises an area of 2.43 mi˛ (6.29 sq km), of which, 1.85 square miles (4.79 sq km) of it is land and 0.57 square miles (1.48 sq km) of it is water, making it Louisiana's 229th largest by total area.
