Lady Lake Town is a town located in Lake County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 11828 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 14940, It is the 235th most populous in the U.S. state of Florida. The town spans an area of 6.75 mi˛ (17.48 sq km), of which, 6.62 square miles (17.15 sq km) of it is land and 0.14 square miles (0.36 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 268th largest by total area among Florida.

As of the census of 2000, there were 11828 people in the town, organized into 6125 households, and 4292 families living in the town.
