La Grange Town is a town located in Fayette County, Tennessee, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 136 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 142, It is the seventh smallest in terms of population. Its area is just over 1.59 mi˛ (4.12 sq km), it is the 87th smallest in terms of geographical size.
