La Grange City is a city in the Lewis County, Missouri, United States. It is home to over 1000 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 926, It is the 361st most populous in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is spread over 1.67 sq mi (4.33 square kilometre), of which, 1.39 square miles (3.6 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.28 square miles (0.73 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 290th largest in terms of geographical size.

The population density was 719.7 people per square mile (277.88/kmē), making its Missouri's 606th most densely populated city.
