Kwethluk City, Bethel Census Area, Alaska is a city located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. In 2000, the population was 713. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 715, giving it the 77th largest population among Alaska. It is spread over 11.72 square miles (30.35 square kilometre), of which, 9.99 square miles (25.87 square kilometre ) of it is land and 1.73 square miles (4.48 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 229th largest by total area among Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 713 people in the city, organized into 153 households, and 133 families residing in the city. The population density was 71.4 people per square mile (27.57/kmē), it would be the 85th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Alaska.
