Kulm City is a one of the LaMoure County, North Dakota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 422 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 356, making it North Dakota's 112th largest. Its area is just over 0.32 sq mi (0.83 square kilometre), making it the 122nd smallest by size in North Dakota.
