Koyukuk City is a city located in the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska, United States. The population of the city was 101 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 89, making it the 98th least populous in Alaska. The city spans an area of 6.28 miē (16.27 kmē), of which, 6.24 square miles (16.16 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, it is the 80th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.
