Kivalina City, Alaska is a city of the Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 377 as per the Census data. Its population was estimated at 391 in July 2008, giving it the 134th largest population among Alaska. The city comprises an area of 3.86 miē (10 kmē), of which, 1.87 square miles (4.84 kmē) of it is land and 1.99 square miles (5.15 kmē) of it is water, it is the 52nd smallest in terms of geographical size.
