Kistler Borough is a United States borough located in the Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of the borough was 344 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 329, It is the 207th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough extends throughout a territory of 0.28 sq mi (0.73 sq km ), of which, 0.26 square miles (0.67 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 145th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 344 people in the borough, organized into 138 households, and 91 families living in the borough.
