Kirtland Hills Village is a city in the Lake County, Ohio, United States. In 2000, the population was 597. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 787, It is the 308th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Ohio. It has total area of 5.66 square miles (14.66 square kilometre), of which, 5.58 square miles (14.45 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 179th largest by total area among Ohio.

As of the census of 2000, there were 597 people, 223 households, and 180 families living in the city.
