Kiowa City is a city located in the Barber County, Kansas, United States. In 2000, the population was 1055. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 908, It is the 197th most populous in the U.S. state of Kansas. It is spread over 1.06 sq mi (2.75 square kilometre), making it the 174th largest by size in Kansas.
