Kingstown Town is a town located in Cleveland County, North Carolina, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 845. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 847, It is 417th most populous in North Carolina. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.76 square miles (4.56 square kilometre), giving it the 408th largest by total area among North Carolina.
