Kingsford City is a United States city located in the Dickinson County, Michigan, United States. The city has a population of 5549 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 5297 in July 2008, It is the 173rd largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 4.53 square miles (11.73 sq km), of which, 4.31 square miles (11.16 sq km) of it is land and 0.21 square miles (0.54 sq km) of it is water, it is the 165th largest by area in the U.S. state of Michigan.
