Kingfisher County is a county located in the United States of Oklahoma. In 2000, county's population was 13926 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 14300, giving it the 48th largest population among Oklahoma's county. The county comprises an area of 905.96 square miles (2346.43 kmē), of which, 903 square miles (2338.76 kmē) of it is land and 2.96 square miles (7.67 kmē) of it is water, making it the 30th largest by size in Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 13926 people, 5247 households, and 3894 families living in the county. The population density was 15.4 people per square mile (5.95/kmē), making it the 25th least densely populated county in Oklahoma. There were 5879 housing units at an average density of 6.5 per square mile (2.51/kmē). The average household size was 2.6 persons, and the average family size was 3.08 persons. In the county the population was spread out, with 27.2% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 26.8% from 25 to 44, 22.4% from 45 to 64, and 15.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 95.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.9 males. In July 2008, its estimated population was 14300, The racial makeup of the county was 91.72% White, 1.8% Black or African American, 3.36% American Indian, 0.25% Asian, 0.01% Native Hawaiian, and 2.85% from two or more races.
