King And Queen County is a county in the United States of Virginia. The population of county in 2000 stood at 6630 as per the Census data. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 326.33 square miles (845.19 kmē), of which, 316.26 square miles (819.11 kmē) of it is land and 10.06 square miles (26.06 kmē) of it is water, making it Virginia's 66th largest county by total area.

For every 100 females there were 95.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.5 males.
