Kilauea Cdp, Kauai County, Hawaii is a census designated place located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2092 inhabitants. It is 75th most populous in Hawaii. The census designated place extends throughout a territory of 1.51 square miles (3.91 square kilometre ), of which, 1.5 square miles (3.88 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 34th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Hawaii.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 2092 people, 692 households, and 519 families residing in the census designated place. The population density was 1395 people per square mile (538.61/kmē), giving it the 53rd most densely populated census designated place among the Hawaii.
