Kiel City is a city located in the Manitowoc and Calumet counties, Wisconsin, United States. Kiel City had an official population of 3450 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 3587, It is the 163rd most populous in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The city comprises an area of 2.46 sq mi (6.37 square kilometre), of which, 2.41 square miles (6.24 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 269th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
