Kiana City, Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska is a city located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 388 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 403, making it Alaska's 132nd largest. Its area is just over 0.24 mi˛ (0.62 square kilometre), it is the smallest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.
