Keystone Heights City is a city located in Clay County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Keystone Heights City is home to 1349 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 1494, making it Florida's 191st smallest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.63 square miles (11.99 kmē), of which, 4.54 square miles (11.76 kmē) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 357th largest by total area in Florida.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1349 residents, 515 households, and 375 families in the city.
