Keystone City is a city located in the McDowell County, West Virginia, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 453 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 366, It is the 66th least populous in the U.S. state of West Virginia. The city comprises an area of 0.32 mi˛ (0.83 square kilometre), it is the 32nd smallest by area in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
