Keystone City is a one of the Benton County, Iowa, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Keystone City had an official population of 687 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 668, It is the 385th most populous in the U.S. state of Iowa. The city encompasses an area of 0.37 sq mi (0.96 sq km), making it Iowa's 223rd smallest by total area.
