Kentwood Town is a town in the Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States. In 2000, the population was 2205. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2274, making it the 178th most populous in Louisiana. The town encompasses an area of 6.93 square miles (17.95 kmē ), of which, 6.92 square miles (17.92 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 88th largest by area in the U.S. state of Louisiana.

The population density was 318.4 people per square mile (122.93/kmē), giving it the 107th least densely populated town among the Louisiana.
