Kensington City is a city in the Douglas County, Minnesota, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 286 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 267, It is the 265th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city spans an area of 0.26 mi˛ (0.67 square kilometre), it is the 57th smallest in terms of geographical size.
