Kenova City, Wayne County, West Virginia is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 3485 people (2000 census). It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 3272, It is 38th most populous in West Virginia. It has total area of 1.71 square miles (4.43 square kilometre), of which, 1.21 square miles (3.13 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.5 square miles (1.29 square kilometre) of it is water, making it West Virginia's 99th largest by total area. It is ranks 13 in the size of its inland waterways in West Virginia.
