Kenosha City, Kenosha County, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 90352 as per the Census data. Its population was estimated at 96950 in July 2008, making it Wisconsin's fourth largest. The city has a total area of 23.96 square miles (62.06 kmē), of which, 23.81 square miles (61.67 kmē) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 21st largest by total area among Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 90352 residents, 76 households, and 48 families in the city. The population density was 3795.1 people per square mile (1465.3/kmē), making it the eighth most densely populated city in Wisconsin. There were 36004 housing units at an average density of 1512.1 per square mile (583.83/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.54 persons, and the average family size was 3.13 persons. In the city the population was spread out, with 27.2% under the age of 18, 10.1% from 18 to 24, 31.5% from 25 to 44, 19% from 45 to 64, and 12.2% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 96.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.2 males. The median age of the city's population was 33.6 years, the median age of male residents at 32.2 and the median age of female residents at 34.9. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 75566 White, 6943 Black or African American, 398 American Indian, 893 Asian, 40 Native Hawaiian, 2146 from two or more races and 4366 Ohter races.
