Kemmerer City is a United States city located in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, United States. It is home to over 2651 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 2468 in July 2008, It is the 26th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 7.38 mi˛ (19.11 sq km), of which, 7.37 square miles (19.09 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 53rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Wyoming.
