Kelso City is a United States city located in the Cowlitz County, Washington, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 11895 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 12188, It is the 87th largest by population in the U.S. state of Washington. The city comprises an area of 8.37 square miles (21.68 kmē), of which, 8.08 square miles (20.93 kmē) of it is land and 0.29 square miles (0.75 kmē) of it is water, it is the 109th largest in terms of geographical size.
