Keizer City is a city located in Marion County, Oregon, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 32203 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 35864, making it Oregon's 15th largest. The city encompasses an area of 7.38 sq mi (19.11 square kilometre ), of which, 7.23 square miles (18.73 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 37th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oregon.

As of the census of 2000, there were 32203 residents, 16 households, and 12 families in the city. The population density was 4455.7 people per square mile (1720.36/kmē), it is the 15th most populated city in terms of population density. There were 12774 housing units at an average density of 1766.8 per square mile (682.17/kmē). The average household size was 2.64 persons, and the average family size was 3.07 persons.
