Keiser City is a United States city located in the Mississippi County, Arkansas, United States. In 2000, the population was 808. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 801, giving it the 226th largest population among Arkansas. The city encompasses an area of 0.36 square miles (0.93 kmē), making it the 55th smallest by size in Arkansas.
