Keewatin City, Itasca County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1164. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1070, It is the 313th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city spans an area of 2.88 mi˛ (7.46 square kilometre), of which, 2.46 square miles (6.37 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.43 square miles (1.11 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Minnesota's 242nd largest by total area.
