Kaser Village is a city located in Rockland County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3316 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 4315, It is 445th most populous in New York. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.17 sq mi (0.44 square kilometre ), it is the 13th smallest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
