Jupiter Inlet Colony Town is a town located in Palm Beach County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 368 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 385 in July 2008, making it the 56th least populous in Florida. It has total area of 0.23 sq mi (0.6 square kilometre), of which, 0.18 square miles (0.47 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 34th smallest by total area in Florida.
