Jonesville Town is a town located in the Union County, South Carolina, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 982 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 901, It is the 230th most populous in the U.S. state of South Carolina. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.03 mi˛ (2.67 square kilometre), of which, 1.02 square miles (2.64 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 67th smallest by total area among South Carolina.

As of the census of 2000, there were 982 residents, 444 households, and 264 families in the town. The population density was 965.6 people per square mile (372.82/km˛), it is the 125th most densely populated town in the U.S. state of South Carolina.
