Jonesboro Town is a United States town located in the Jackson Parish, Louisiana, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3914 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 3724, It is the 128th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 4.89 square miles (12.67 kmē), of which, 4.85 square miles (12.56 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, making it Louisiana's 129th largest by total area.
