Johnstown Town is a town in the Weld County, Colorado, United States. As of 2000 the population was 3827. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 9309, making it the 106th most populous in Colorado. The town encompasses an area of 1.14 miē (2.95 kmē), it is the 209th largest by area in the U.S. state of Colorado.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3827 people in the town, organized into 1339 households, and 1052 families residing in the town. The population density was 3346 people per square mile (1291.9/kmē), making its Colorado's 20th most densely populated town.
