Jessup Borough, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The borough has a population of 4718 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 4550, It is the 301st largest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 6.73 square miles (17.43 square kilometre), of which, 6.69 square miles (17.33 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 69th largest by total area.
