Jennings City, Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 10986 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 10529, giving it the 47th largest population among Louisiana. The city comprises an area of 10.26 mi˛ (26.57 square kilometre), of which, 10.24 square miles (26.52 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 54th largest by area in the U.S. state of Louisiana.
