Jeffersonville Village, Lamoille County, Vermont is a city located in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. It is home to over 568 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 557, making it the 17th least populous in Vermont. The city comprises an area of 0.8 square miles (2.07 kmē), it is the 15th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Vermont.

The population density was 714.3 people per square mile (275.79/kmē), giving it the 39th most densely populated city among the Vermont. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 557 White, Black or African American, American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 11 from two or more races and Ohter races.
