Jefferson Davis County is a county in the United States of Mississippi. In 2000, county's population was 13962 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 12653, making it Mississippi's 18th smallest county. The county extends throughout a territory of 409.1 mi˛ (1059.56 sq km ), of which, 408.41 square miles (1057.78 sq km) of it is land and 0.7 square miles (1.81 sq km) of it is water, it is the sixth smallest in terms of geographical size.
