Jay Town is one of the town of Santa Rosa County, Florida, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Jay Town had an official population of 579 in 2000. Its area is just over 1.58 square miles (4.09 kmē), giving it the 233rd smallest by total area among Florida.
