Jasper County, Indiana is a county of the United States of Indiana. The county has a population of 30043 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 32544, It is the 53rd largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 561.22 sq mi (1453.55 sq km), of which, 559.87 square miles (1450.06 sq km) of it is land and 1.36 square miles (3.52 sq km) of it is water, it is the fourth largest by area in the U.S. state of Indiana.

In the Jasper County, 27.4% of the population was under the age of 18, 10.1% were 18 to 24, 27.7% were 25 to 44, 22.3% were 45 to 64, and 12.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 98.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.4 males.
