Jamestown Town is a one of the Boulder County, Colorado, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 205. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 213, It is the 44th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Colorado. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.65 sq mi (1.68 square kilometre), making it Colorado's 90th smallest by total area.
