Jamesburg Borough is a borough located in the Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 6025 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 6367, It is the 258th largest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 0.85 sq mi (2.2 sq km), it is the 54th smallest in terms of geographical size.
