Jacobus Borough, York County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1203. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 1191, giving it the 814th largest population among Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.91 sq mi (2.36 sq km), making it the 776th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
