Ivins Town, Washington County, Utah is a town located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 4450 as per the Census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 7870, making it Utah's 81st largest. The town spans an area of 10.27 sq mi (26.6 sq km), of which, 10.2 square miles (26.42 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, making it the 67th largest by size in Utah.

As of the census of 2000, there were 4450 people, 1435 households, and 1234 families residing in the town. The population density was 436.3 people per square mile (168.46/kmē), making it the 167th most densely populated town in Utah. There were 1598 housing units at an average density of 156.7 per square mile (60.5/kmē). The average household size was 3.1 and the average family size was 3.35. In the town the population was distributed as follows: 33.1% under the age of 18, 9% from 18 to 24, 25.5% from 25 to 44, 20.1% from 45 to 64, and 12.3% who were 65 or older.
