Itta Bena City is a city located in Leflore County, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 2208 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1875, giving it the 114th largest population among Mississippi. It covers total area of 1.47 square miles (3.81 kmē), of which, 1.43 square miles (3.7 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, it is the 209th largest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
