Isola Town is a town located in the Humphreys County, Mississippi, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 768 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 684 in July 2008, It is 200th most populous in Mississippi. The town extends throughout a territory of 0.74 square miles (1.92 sq km ), it is the 41st smallest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
