Isle Of Palms City is a United States city located in the Charleston County, South Carolina, United States. In 2000, the population was 4583. The July 2008 population estimate is 4678, making it South Carolina's 89th largest. It has total area of 5.55 miē (14.37 kmē), of which, 4.47 square miles (11.58 kmē) of it is land and 1.09 square miles (2.82 kmē) of it is water, it is the 95th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks 19 in the size of its inland waterways in South Carolina.
