Irvington Town is a United States town located in the Lancaster County, Virginia, United States. The town has a population of 673 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 642, It is the 89th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Virginia. Its area is just over 1.82 square miles (4.71 sq km), of which, 1.5 square miles (3.88 sq km) of it is land and 0.33 square miles (0.85 sq km) of it is water, making it the 244th largest by size in Virginia.
