Irving City is a United States city located in the Dallas County, Texas, United States. In 2000, the population was 191615. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 201358, making it the 12th most populous in Texas. The city has a total area of 67.67 miē (175.26 kmē), of which, 67.23 square miles (174.12 kmē) of it is land and 0.44 square miles (1.14 kmē) of it is water, it is the 25th largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
